Teddy-2023-04-15Great service from Ian. We were having problems with our WiFi signal and Ian recommended a mesh system so the signal strength would be much better around the whole house. There were a few teething problems with connecting the decos with our Sky box and the WiFi dropping out. Ian very kindly came back and was able to identify that our phone line was at fault for the WiFi. Would highly recommend.

Andrew Mallory2022-08-19We have been struggling with poor wi-fi for nearly a year, limping along with a 4G solution. Ian was very professional and visited our house with no obligation to see what he could install for us. Offering us two solutions, we opted for an external antenna with an upgraded mesh system in the house and now everything works perfectly. Just a word a warning, you can't use a BT Broadband 4G SIM card but is was well worth the investment in a 12 month EE contract instead until our BT contract runs out. If you have got poor wi-fi in a rural area, contact Ian.
